Cancellation Policy
Distance Selling Cancellation Rights
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, if you purchase goods or services online, by phone, or through other distance selling methods, you have the following statutory rights:
- 14-Day Cancellation Period: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods or from the day the service contract is concluded, whichever is later

Service-Specific Cancellation Terms
For party styling services specifically, the following terms apply in addition to statutory rights:
- Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Full deposit refund
- Cancellations 7-14 days before the event: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund (unless required by law)
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer your event not be photographed, please inform us in writing before the event.
