At Xodralinwhquazl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Items must not be personalized or custom-made
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Balloons (once inflated or removed from packaging)
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used or altered
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship items to the provided return address
Return Shipping
Return shipping conditions:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Xodralinwhquazl is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of the refund status within 5 business days
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product:
- Contact us to arrange the exchange
- Return the original item following our return process
- Place a new order for the desired item, or we can arrange this for you
- Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
